I have a Rose 151 which I love. I purchased a rose RSA780E CD drive and ripper.
The CD drive is not working properly. It appears to be a fluctuation in motor speed causing it to take over an hour to rip a cd. The CD drive has a 2-year warrantee. I own it only six months.
I called my dealer and was told that MO FI the only American distributer no longer has the distribution rights. And no one else has a distribution in the U.S.
My problem is how to have my warrantee honored.
can anybody shed some light on this matter
You can go to hifi Rose USA and see the site.
From there you can contact Rose which has taken over US Distribution.
You can also contact the store where you purchased the unit.
And you can contact @Rose_love , @ROSEHAN here.
I can’t understand people who buy the Rose RSA780E. It’s a piece of junk, it’s not a CD player, you can rip CDs, but you can do that with a burner, and you can buy a CD player for just $1,000-$1,500 and it will be a joy in some sense of the word. And in the US, $1,500 will buy an even better player than in Europe for the same price.
