I am trying to understand the role of the DSD and PCM Delay time
What part of Rose 150b does it it interact with?
I thought it might allow me to adjust the audio delay between an attached TV’s optical input into the Rose and that TV’s local sound.
If not there, where does it come into play?

PCM/DSD delay time
Before the song starts, mute signal is sent as much as you set.
For some DACs, when the sampling rate of the song was changed, there was a issue that the beginning of the song was a little inaudible.
PCM/DSD delay time gives DAC delay time as much as you set, so that you can hear music from very beginning without inaudible issue.
