What is the plan for TuneIn radio

Hi. I have the same request; I do miss some of my favorite local radio stations in the current radio option.

You could also implement https://www.radio-browser.info/ and mirrow it’s database.

Hi. I recently purchased a Hifi Rose RS250 streamer and would be fantastic an app like TuneIn or vTuner for Internet Radio. Would be possible?

We’re keep working on our Radio and Rose FM.
Adding TuneIn or vTuner seems difficult.

As I said above, adding TuneIn or vTuner is difficult.
Please use the RoseRadio app. If RoseRadio does not have the radio station you want, I will find the URL of the radio station and deliver it to you.
Then you can add a radio channel with that URL.

All you need to add a radio is the streaming URL, not the radio channel website.
If there is a radio channel you want to add, please let us know the radio channel name.
Then I will find the URL that you want to add.

does not connect. Device understands .m3u format? I unpacked the .m3u which exposed the real URL which also fails.

also this fails: https://ice7.securenetsystems.net/KCSM2
(gotten from fmstream.org database)

Both work in VLC. Maybe you need to implement VLC for streaming? I installed it but it is not visible/usable on the device.

We also registered and confirmed the URL that you said could not be played, but it works normally.

Yes, that’s right.

I connected the RS150 to the RoseConnect app, saved the URL from the RoseConnect app and played it back in the RoseRadio app, and it played well.

I don’t have Rose Connect working cause no dongle was ever included so cannot use it till I get one. So one can enter URLs for User Channel via the ipad app? That would be a little easier. Mine does not connect, maybe I have some junk the the command line.

That said, a failed never throws a visible error it just dies and times out. Is there a way to see the errors and where it fails? A log file?

Make VLC visible and able to stream on the device would be my feature request.

Where do you get your URL station data from? FMSTREAM is missing a lot.
