I have noticed as of late that Hifi Rose is participanting less and less in these forum threads. With this forum being our only source of support I respectfully ask Hifi Rose to provide an update on how you intend to support new and existing customers because as of now I feel like we are fending for ourselves.

Yes exactly. If cost is an issue, at least Hifi Rose should appoint several volunteers to help moderate the forums. I would like to nominate TomT as a moderator.
