Why are android app always lost connect?

Why are you don’t hire some better programers into tech team?!

Please check the following questions:

  1. Does the message appear while you are controlling the device through the RoseConnect app?

  2. Or does the message appear when you open the RoseConnect app for the first time after not using it for a while?

  3. If you delete and reinstall the RoseConnect app, does the same issue still occur?

  4. This popup may appear when your phone disconnects from Wi-Fi and reconnects again.

Yes, normal in first hour, then become unstable after that, once i open my phone from off-screen, it show the message, or once i change song from phone, it show-up, sometime it re-connect itself in few second, some time just disconnected forever, then i open app from others phone and tablet, all can’t connect.

why should i del & ins frequently?, i already using the latest version.

My router is tp-link wifi7, rs250 is assigned to a fix ip, all my phones are fixed ip and never disconnect

I’m contacting you because the issue isn’t reproducible when tested in the same environment.
When you can’t connect to the Rose device using Rose Connect, does a normal response occur when you ping 192.168.0.17 from another client(PC or Smart Phone)?
Please share the model name and photo of the router you’re using. I’ll check further once I have the router.
