Why does Tidal disconnect every time I leave it and go to another service?

Why does Tidal disconnect and not stay logged in?
Every time I leave the Tidal site in Rose it disconnects so that I have to log in again when I return.
Please fix this.

Please confirm a few things.

  1. What is your Rose device version?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version info
  2. Are you using the RoseConnect app that matches the system version of your Rose device?
  3. Please tell me the model name of the device you are using after installing the RoseConnect app.
  4. After factory resetting your Rose device, does your Tidal account keep logging out even if you log in again?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
