Why is my 250a not sending audio from analog input or from videos

I have my 250a setup as the preamp to my powered speakers and everything is fine when I play music from the device or the Rose CD player but if a video starts playing the audio stops, and I cannot get it to convert my analog signal into digital and send it down via the optical.

The eq is working so it is getting the signal but just not sending it back out.

I’m hoping this is just a setting somewhere

250a - No audio through optical when playing video

@Nick-c Please answer a few questions. You said that there is no problem playing Tidal, Roseradio and CD, but there is no sound only when playing a Rosetube video. Does this mean there is no sound in a specific video? Or is there no sound in all videos? Are you using an external DAC? Is there a sound when you play a Tidal video on Tidal? Are you using your RS250a connected to a TV? Thank you

I was not getting any sound from any videos or from my analog input. I fixed the problem by resampling all the outputs to 44khz.
