I used 3 different dongles and of course I tried all the USB ports and none of them work.

I was able to replace the dongle with this one
On Harmony you have to take the Flirc brand device and KODI model
I was able to program:
Start and Stop
Playback, pause, next and previous song
Enough to use only one remote control with my amp

It is not possible to turn the power on or off using Flirc.
ROSE devices can be powered on and off only via the original remote control or the Rose Connect app.
Additionally, could you please clarify what you mean by “how you manage standby mode”?
We would appreciate it if you could provide a more detailed explanation.
