I used 3 different dongles and of course I tried all the USB ports and none of them work.

I bought this and it works with a Logitec Harmony Remote Control

At home it’s a Harmony One
I was able to replace the dongle with this one
On Harmony you have to take the Flirc brand device and KODI model
I was able to program:
Start and Stop
Playback, pause, next and previous song
Enough to use only one remote control with my amp
