And sorry, not on this topic, but I have also a Korean car with brilliant Polish language in every place on two 12 inches screen Why we canāt get this on Rose, itās Android. Also for localization, the nearest city I can find for weather condition is almost 70 km from me

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and for choosing the RS520.
Weāre happy to hear you enjoy the sound quality, and we also understand your frustration regarding the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth dongle and localization issues.
The current dongle is optimized for general use, but wireless stability can vary depending on regional certification and network environments (especially in Europe).
Unfortunately, it canāt be replaced with third-party products since itās paired with our firmware, but your feedback has already been shared with our software and hardware teams for review.
Weāre also considering improvements such as updated Wi-Fi standards, better Bluetooth stability, and expanded language + Unicode support in future updates.
Regarding the weather location data ā yes, we know itās limited in some areas, and weāre working with our data provider to improve accuracy.
Many thanks for reading and replaying. RS520 playing continuosly when I am at home from 8th of this month. Usually I play my own music from my own ssd disk, mostly from aiff files and a lot of them are really hi res files, at the time external disk but I want to install internal soon. But I am also user of Apple Music (this is one of reasons I bought RS520). Just another impressions after next days:
- I guess that every Apple Music user knows the problem with gapless. Sometimes works, sometimes not and nobody knows why , even Apple. So I donāt expect gapless in Apple Music on RS520. But also breaks between separate songs are very long and when I look to the screen there is no buffer of the next song, after finishing previous the player is waiting for downloading the whole next song and then starts to play. So the question is if your team is able to do something with that issue. With playing from disk everything is fine. , even Apple. So I donāt expect gapless in Apple Music on RS520. - Few comments on an app. I have installed it on iPad as the main device, but also on iPhone and Honor Android phone. And the first impression wasā¦.what a mess . Today I am better . Today I am better but still my kind suggestion is to simplify it as much as possible. Listening to music we donāt need so many possibilities especially that some of them, as for instance suggestions of similar music are mostly funny. Of course I have nothing against but on the main screen we have definitely too much information with problems of refreshing the screen, also in queue menu. But donāt worry too much, also Naim has a mess and also BluOS, although this last one is a bit better organized. but still my kind suggestion is to simplify it as much as possible. - Regarding weather forecast I would rather suggest to remove it completely as we have it everywhere on phones, tablets, PCs and so onā¦I have found it by an accident as I like this clock screen with weather on the right side.
Again thanks, RS520 plays very well, also it is beautiful player with beautiful screen!!! where we have complete information about files we play, even readable from a distance. I will always use ethernet connection but for some users issues with WiFi and Bluetooth are very important, I guess. Anyway, it is and for streamer it is a must, so it should work like on every other device we have in our houses. We donāt expect latest standards but WiFi ac is a bit too old nowadays. And of course we need this possibility for easy changing the dongle for easy available in Europe one. This is a big issue and a piece of shame also for manufacturer.
Best regards
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and for sharing your thoughts on the RS520. We truly appreciate your time and valuable comments.
Regarding Apple Music playback, the buffering and gapless behavior are controlled by Appleās own system, but weāll review your feedback with our software team to see if any optimization is possible.
About the RoseConnect app, we agree that the interface can be simplified, and our development team is already working to make it more intuitive in future updates.
We also noted your suggestions about the weather display and wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth dongle), and will forward them to our R&D team for consideration.
Weāre happy to hear that you enjoy the RS520ās sound quality, design, and display. Your feedback helps us continue to improve both our products and user experience.
Thank you again for your continued support.
@ROSEHAN , not to jump on @Camelekās threadā¦
But in general there are issues w the combo Wi-Fi / BT USB devices.
At the same time, the combo units seem to limit you to BT 4.2 .
The latest spec for BT is 5.4 ⦠granted most newer devices are BT 5.0 or greater.
Since I own a McIntosh MB20 I hooked it up to my RS520 via the optical in. The sound quality has improved greatly.
While I do understand that in your newer products you have added BT and Wi-Fi internal to the unit, but for the existing product lines⦠updating your AndroidOS to a newer release along w adding drivers for separate wi-fi and bt dongles would be advisable. This would allow you to offer dongles for wi-fi 6 or 7 and for BT 5.4 .
As it is⦠Iām sure you are already considering options due to the issues w spotify.
Thx
