I have discovered that even with the highest output voltage selected, you have to press APPLY each time you start the 150B.
Thanks Billy
Hello,
I guess you are talking about the ‘Pre-out level settings’.
We have issue with RS150B preout level settings now and software team is working on it.
If you don’t mind, would you turn off the ‘Pre-out level settings’ and reboot the RS150B - and check if the volume is low or not?
Roseloa.
I. Turned off the Pre-out level settings with the highest level out working.
2. Long push on on-off button, selected reboot.
3. The Pre-out level setting was turned on after reboot.
4. The highest level output worked correctly.
Thanks Billy

Had to press Apply to get the correct volume today on Start up.
Thanks Billy
Yes, you need to tap the ‘apply’ button.
Is it working well now?
Roseloa, the 150B works correctly after pressing the apply button.
Thanks Billy
I noticed that after the last update, each time I bring the RS150 back from stand-by, the output volume is very low. I have to do a hard shut-off and restart, and then the volume is back to normal. For me, pre-out level is set at 2000mv. Can you please fix this bug?
Hifiman, I found all you have to do is hit the apply button the output volume.
Thanks Billy
This has been a known bug for sometime across various software levels - see this thread - Low/no Volume on Start
