Hi May i ask why all the album cover on my app was lost one day i turn my RS250 on? The machine itself can show the cover for no problem! I have tried to uninstall & re- install the app again but the problem can’t be solved. Is there any way the problem could be solved? Thanks!!

Not an owner yet, but when testing the 150B at my audio store the album art would not show in the Now Playing screen on the Rose Connect app on IOS.
The album art did show on the 150B, but when the next track started the art was missing from both the app and the player.
Do I need to somehow scan the drive in the NAS??
