HIFI rose app crashing within seconds of opening-device works fine. App non functional-open it and it crashes.
Have rebooted phones and app-it’s problem with all Apple products
Please address as soon as possible
This makes it literally non functional if I can’t use my phone as the remote

- If it crashes during use, can I know if the app crashes when you manipulate any function?
- Uninstall and reinstall your RoseConnect app and let us know how it goes
It was crashing immediately. Reinstalled app -now better. Thankd
The app seems better but still crashes often and on others iPhones as well as my own. Crashing immediately-even before I go to Quoboz.

The crash happens within seconds of opening the app before you can even make a selection for Quoboz. To clarify it crashes before you can even attempt to open Quoboz.
It seems to be better and is only doing so every 1 in 6-7 times opening the app-most times

If the same symptom appears on all of your iPhones, there seems to be a problem retrieving the recommended list of music sources from the Hi-Fi Rose ID, causing a crash.
We’ll have to log in to your Rose account to figure out the problem.

Hi I have the same issue both my apps on iPhone and iPad crashed as soon as launched. If you launch it without Wi-Fi it’s fine. I have emailed and answered some questions from KiHoon (khj94@citech.kr) but have not heard back since

I heard that the app crashes as soon as I run the RoseConnect app on my iPhone and iPad. Does the same symptom appear even if I delete and reinstall the RoseConnect app?

1 I have reinstalled the app a few times and it still crashes

Connected iPad and rose to the iPhone hotspot. Both apps crashes upon connecting to rose
Just so I let everyone know-app works for me but crashes about 1 in 10 times -on search, sometimes when opening- doesn’t seem to matter what specific choice I make. Random-useable but frustrating.
I cannot understand how sharing my password would help them diagnose an issue with the app.
It’s sad that I have come to think that this is acceptable performance. Or my expectations of zero crashes unrealistic. My iPhone is 2 years old and there are issues with other phones using the app.
I do hope we can get better. It sounds so damn good.Dedicated engineering and updating of software and app crucial-otherwise just a box
Please check a few things.
- When you enter the RoseConnect app, does the app crash immediately? Or does it crash when you click on a specific button?
- If you have an Android device at home other than an iPhone or iPad, please download RoseConnectPremium and let us know if the same crash occurs.

Any further suggestions please we @ROSEHAN i can’t be exchanging messages once every two days this is stretching to 3w now
We are also trying to find the cause of the problem.
One of the things I suspect is that this error appears when loading the Rose recommended playlist list in your RoseConnect app.
Log out of your Rose account on the Rose device you are using and then connect it to your iPhone or iPad.
Rose device–>Settings–>User account–>Log out
I have logged out, and logged back in and it crashes again. When logged out it doesn’t crash
