I don’t understand the response here from the Hifi Rose Team. Album art is missing when going to Mac > Rose compared to when we do it from iPhone > Rose. They say it’s technically not possible which can’t be true because I proved it with my TV example.

Rs520 AirPlay Requests

I just recently got the rs520 and it seems great so far but not perfect when it comes to the AirPlay implementation. Is there any way we can fix the following: No album art when Airplaying from a Mac to the Rose. Missing album title when Airplaying to the unit on the display. No track time/progress or track number. Can these get fixed? It’d be perfect if we can get these. Thanks

I’m curious if when using the phone vs. The Mac you are using the same type of signal. E.g. WiFi or Bluetooth. Is the RS520 connected using a LAN or WiFi?

Just trying to help narrow down the paths to keep them the same for process of elimination.

Also what are you using to play the music on each?

Apple Music, Tidal etc.

Yeah it’s always the same signal. Same wifi too. In my example there with the TV, it just works. The technical block that is mentioned makes zero sense to me. I literally prove it should work.
