Connect.premium Problems

It is still not possible for me to register in the connect premium app….I’m living in Germany and tried it with Apple and android devices….einher it won‘t take the nickname or Wien it takes it it teils me I have to try again….without Registration Most of the App funktions are Not available …. It is frustrating and I‘m thinking about giving the RS520 back to the dealer….

Have you created account in Rose APP or Rose device?
If you are trying to use the account that you made in ROSE internet homepage, you need to make another account because ROSE homepage and Rose APP/Rose device use separated account.

Check this URL, about how to create a new account.

Also, if your email address has ‘-’(hyphen), please use another email address.
If it keeps not working, please let me know.

I registered on both the device and the app. I don’t get a confirmation email. I did it 100 times from different email addresses. przybylski2202@gmail.com.

In the login window, enter your email address and temporary password above.

To change your password, you must first be logged in to your Rose account.
Password changes can only be done through the RoseConnect app.
You can change to a new password in RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Edit–>Change password.
