Device Manager (Permit Local Play)

• Device Manager is a feature designed to register mobile phone devices to ROSE devices in order to obtain permission for Mobile Playback (Local Play).

• To use the Mobile Playback mode (Local Play) feature in Rose Connect Premium, you must first register the ROSE device, and then register the mobile phone device (Rose Connect Premium - Early Access version) to the registered ROSE device.
  (Please note that throughout the following explanation, the Rose Connect Premium - Early Access version will be referred to as the mobile phone device (RC) for simplicity.)

1. Settings > Device Management

1. Device registration is available in Settings → Device Management

• “Registration” of the ROSE device is automatically done when logging in to the ROSE account.
• Device unregistration can be performed for both the ROSE device and the mobile phone device (RC).

2. Device Management → Connected/Registered device

1. Displays the currently connected and in-use ROSE device.
2. Displays other ROSE devices registered to the ROSE account.
3. Shows information such as the ROSE device model name and ROSE ID, allowing you to register or unregister the ROSE device from this page.

3. Device Management → Registered RoseConnect

1. Displays the list of registered mobile phone devices (RC) based on the ROSE account.
2. Shows the name, registration time, and initial registration date of the registered devices.
3. After registering a mobile phone device (RC) to the ROSE device, you can use the Mobile Playback mode (Local Play) feature.
4. When registering one ROSE device, you can register and use up to five mobile phone devices (RC).
   (For example, when registering two ROSE devices, you can use up to ten mobile phone devices (RC))

[Precaution]

1. Mobile Playback mode (Local Play) requires both the ROSE device and the mobile phone device (RC) to be registered based on the ROSE account.
   Please note that Local Play feature cannot be used without a ROSE account.

2. If you have already registered five mobile phone devices (RC) to one ROSE device, you will need to unregister one of the already registered mobile phone devices (RC) before you can add another one for registration.

3. Unregistering the currently in-use ROSE device will make the Local Play feature unavailable on the registered mobile phone device (RC).
