  • Sept 19, 2025:
    The issue was forwarded to the SQA team with a request for urgent correction.
  • Sept 20, 2025:
    The SQA team asked the Software Team whether it is possible to hide the PIN code input window for users outside of Europe.
  • Oct 23, 2025:
    The Software Team reviewed several potential methods—such as determining the user’s country based on MAC address or detecting the region through the active IP address—but was unable to find a reliable solution.
  • Oct 30, 2025:
    The Software Team reported that they will instead modify the PIN code input interface so that only numeric input is allowed on the keypad.
  1. Current Status
    : The update has been applied to RS451 and RS151 in version V5.9.08, and it will be reflected in the next release for the remaining products.
