My Rose One app is not indexing Artists, neither is it possible to add to favourites in the One app.
This applies to PC, iPhone and iPad.
In Rose Connect it does work.
The issue has already been forwarded to our software team and is currently under review.
If we are able to reproduce the issue on our side, we will work to fix it and release an update as soon as possible.

Could you please send the smartphone screen showing the problem (indexing artists and favorites) so we can verify the issue in detail? You can send it to the email address below.

I sent the screenshots you asked for. Is there any progress? Indexing seems to remain the problem. Search function is showing results on Playlist on Rose, Rosetube and on Qobuz (extern servers) but not showing any results on the intern Rose harddisk (Music).
Another minor detail is the wrong spelled Dutch word “Niew” in the HOME section as it should be spelled as “Nieuw”

Good morning from Holland, I see you updated the Rose One application twice in the past 10 hrs.
The search option works partly now and I hereby send you the screenshots I took from the issues I still have. Mainly it’s the track search which is confusing.
As you can see the track “eye in the sky” from Alan Parsons is a track in the database.
The search should find the track but it doesn’t while other tracks from the same album are found.
When I search for the artist Alan Parsons it is found so no problem.
Same problem appears with the track"Why" from Annie Lennox and the track “Time” from Pink Floyd. Also “Time” from the above mentioned album from Alan Parsons is not found. Other tracks with the word “time” in it are found but not the track “time” itself
The track “Let’s Dance” is not found. I have that track on my local disk 13(!) times…
Also the number of search results in tracks appears to be limited but I cannot find any consistency. In my opinion it should be unlimited.
Also the question I have is I would like to know how to make a favourite artist in my local internal music database. I can’t seem to find an option anywhere.
