Hi Rose team,
When you’ll fix the problem if album photos cannot display for those CD ripped by Rose or by Mac in AIFF format then copied to Rose internal SSD ?

  1. Do you mean that you ripped CD in AIFF format with ROSE streamer?
    Ans: no, I am using Mac to ripped cd into AIFF format.
  2. About the ‘display’, do you mean the ROSE streamer display?
    Ans : I mean both Rose RS150B and IPad. Album artwork cannot show on both devices.
  3. Or is it the same in ROSE APP?
    Ans: I am using RoseConnect Premium on iPad.
  4. Do you use iPhone or Android phone?
    Ans: I am using Apple IPad Pro

BTW, what is the maximum SSD storage capacity can install into RS150B? I am using 4Tb SSD now. Can I install 8Tb SSD?

Hello,

  1. When you can’t see the album cover, do you mean on playback display?
    Or when you see the songs as a list?

  2. Do you play songs in Music > Album? Or Music > Folder?

  3. Is the album cover added for each AIFF files? Or did you save a front.jpg image file together in music folder?

About the capacity of SSD, we’ve tested up to 4TB with Samsung QVO 870. Some customers are using QVO 870 8TB with RS150B, but not tested 8TB in our lab.
