Does this mean RoseConnect Premium is planned to be retired?
Donât even think about it, buddy. The Rose One app is currently a disaster, making it impossible to use comfortably without getting frustrated, regardless of whether the device is new or slightly older (i.e., a tablet or smartphone). This app shouldnât be released until itâs as stable as the RCP app.
Our ultimate goal is to unify Android and iOS into a single app platform for centralized management.
For now, we will continue to develop and support ROSE CONNECT PREMIUM alongside ROSE ONE. However, once performance is improved on devices equipped with lower-end CPUs, we plan to encourage users to use the ROSE ONE app.
I donât know if you should combine both systems, Android and iOS, considering the problems youâre having with both apps and the devices themselves. No one on the market has an app that combines both systems. Apparently, theyâre afraid to do so for some reason, but maybe thatâs a good thing. So Rose should also carefully consider this aspect to avoid causing even more problems for the devices controlling your electronics.
Iâm not sure how to improve the performance of devices (tablets, smartphones) with lower specifications, since, for example, youâve blocked Rose One app updates on your Samsung A7 Lite, and another Rose One update has been released on a friendâs older Huawei smartphone (with lower specifications and a lower processor). I donât know whatâs going on, but itâs very strange since these things are happening. Not to mention that this tablet could handle all of them with ease, and for example, the Lumin app is constantly updating apps, while the Rose One tablet is not able to download the latest update.
