Podcast subscribed but no tracks

I am subscribed to several podcasts and see the main badge for each.

However, none show tracks that can be played on either iPad Pro nor iPhone8

Correct, the badge for the podcast shows up on all 3 devices (iPad Pro, iPhone8 and Rose 150b) but no tracks appear to play.
