yes I cannot connect.
I’ve change in my account my email for hope it’s ok, but not.
My old email was eaucalme@wanadoo.fr, my new is vv.1953@yahoo.fr

  2. What error message do you see?
  3. What’s your email address when you login to ROSE Connect Premium?

Hello,

  1. The login works neither on the device or with Rose Connect under Win 10 and MacOS Big Sur.
  2. Under user account the error message is: “User information is incorrect”, unter Rose Connect “You can’t login”
  3. The email address is the same as for the forum.
