Problem LOGIN roseConnect

  1. The login works neither on the device or with Rose Connect under Win 10 and MacOS Big Sur.
  2. Under user account the error message is: “User information is incorrect”, unter Rose Connect “You can’t login”
  3. The email address is the same as for the forum.

Je commence depuis hier à ripper ma collection CD sur carte SSD du RS 250 …je souhaite supprimer certains CD qui se trouvent donc sur mon lecteur RS et également sur mon IPad via App Rose Hifi ???

First of all, it is impossible to delete files through the Rose App.

Can’t login in RoseConnect anymore :frowning:
I have setup my data and got the registration mail and everything worked in the past, but now the login in the app or device didn’t work anymore. Login in the Web page work.
Can you please check my E-Mail in_04@web.de?
I tried password reset on the Web page, but this also didn’t work.

Your System doesn’t recognize my email, so I cannot log in or attempt to set up a password. I’m unable to use the Rose features that require a login as I can’t get past this first screen.
