I have problem in creating an account in Rose Connect. When I try to sign up after entering email account (larrylau@yahoo.com), user ID and password, no verification email was received. Please help.
For your info, I previously received an outdated email for authentication but it prompted failed authentication after I clicked on the link provided.
I didnāt receive your email, checked my Junk Folder also. Need an email verification sent to: gilbertone@mac.com.

As I emailed you, ROSE has two kinds of accounts.
I can find your email address from ROSE homepage but not from No.2.
So, please check where you made your account.

yes, I was able to sign in finally. I didnāt see the user agreement that you have to agree to, thatās why I couldnāt sign in. Iām now able to use Rose Connect, thanks.

Finally I got my device delivered today. Just started playing aroundā¦
The first problem come across is not able to login RoseConect! Tried both methods you suggested above (From device as well as App). But no luck 
I did receive the activation email over signup and followed the verification. However when I tried login, it takes me nowhere. Appreciate if you can take a look and suggestā¦

Hi Iām new to this forum Iāve just Made a account and password on my RS150, verified the email now I cannot login at all.

Seems like all your accounts are normal.
We had issue about ROSE login and itās solved now.
Would you login again and see if it works?
