Recommendation Feature

I often use “Recommendation” feature in the android app. It is easy and interesting to get suggestions, select and play an album.

I would like to understand how the recommendation feature works to select albums.
Is it purely by chance over all music that is available or is there a selection & grouping first (by genre perhaps?) and then a selection and listing in the app?

The Recommendation function randomly loads album 300 from your DB and displays it. It doesn’t load your favorite albums or albums of a similar genre to albums you’ve listened to, it just loads them literally at random.
