Having issue logging into Rose connect app Using my email and password that I set up on HiFi Rose website but connect does not link to it

sorry to bother you again, I forgot my Rose (Premium) password, requested a new temporary password, which was sent, entered and I’m connected. Nowhere is there a place to go to “enter new Password”, I just have the temporary password which won’t work next time I log in

RoseConnect > Settings > My Page > Edit > Change password
