As I emailed you, ROSE has two kinds of accounts.

  1. ROSE homepage account
  2. ROSE device & Rose Connect Premium APP

I can find your email address from ROSE homepage but not from No.2.
So, please check where you made your account.

How to make account for ROSE device & Rose Connect Premium APP

  1. ROSE device → Settings → User Account → Sign IN
  2. ROSE Connect Premium → Settings → MyPage → Sign IN

Or, do you mean that you joined again after checking the email?
I searched your email once again, but I couldn’t find it.
Please let me know your nickname that you made when you joined RoseConnectPremium.

yes, I was able to sign in finally. I didn’t see the user agreement that you have to agree to, that’s why I couldn’t sign in. I’m now able to use Rose Connect, thanks.

Hello, I checked your email but there’s no record of your email signed up.

Please check again, and make sure that you have to sign up in ROSE APP or your ROSE device.
(Separated from ROSE homepage account)

Finally I got my device delivered today. Just started playing around…
The first problem come across is not able to login RoseConect! Tried both methods you suggested above (From device as well as App). But no luck :frowning:
I did receive the activation email over signup and followed the verification. However when I tried login, it takes me nowhere. Appreciate if you can take a look and suggest…

Seems like all your accounts are normal.

We had issue about ROSE login and it’s solved now.
Would you login again and see if it works?
