  1. Why dose Rose connect software not see my compilation tracks i make from various sources myself using Wav. files with cover ART. I use Tag Free editor. before i drop the folder into my various artist music collection folder

  2. rose connet using my mobile. it keeps telling me to update my newly downloaded app in the Rose store every time i open the application. how do i stop this.

I’m trying to download rose connect for Mac. (or windows). The google drive links I found aren’t working.
Any thoughts on where I can download rose connect for windows or mac?

1.Hello.

Since standard WAV files do not support meta information, even Rose does not support meta information about WAV files so far.
However, in order to enable WAV files to include meta information, various software is making and using separate standards, and among them, meta information is increasingly being loaded in the INFO area.

We are also preparing to include metadata in this case.
Send me a WAV file with meta information, and I will check it.

  1. In your ROSE device > ROSE store > Please check if everything is updated.
