Dear HiFi ROSE users,
An update was distributed on January 22nd (Wednesday) in relation to the phenomenon in which the message “Unable to play due to a temporary error” appears when playing Rose Tube. However, as the same phenomenon was additionally confirmed to occur intermittently, a second update was released. It has been distributed.
When you enter the Rose Tube app, the update will proceed automatically. For users using RS301/350 products, you must touch and run the Rose Tube app on the Rose device to update.
Additionally, for stable service, we recommend that you restart the device before use.
