We have released an update regarding the phenomenon in which the message “Playback is not possible due to a temporary error” appears when playing a video on RoseTube.
For stable service, we recommend that you restart the Rose device before using it.
If the video does not play when entering the RoseTube app, please update RoseTube from RoseStore.
