RS130 doesn't restart this morning

Hi Rose
Yesterday (14th Juny) my RS130 working fine.
And this morning (15th Juny) he doesn’t restart
Screen stay black, i just hear relay when i push start button, nothing else
No lights on network. Nothing on the local network.
I try another power cord and another DC Outlet. Same issue.

I need some help

Same thing with the remote control and you also couldn’t connect the app to the streamer?

Hi Jobbie,
RS 130 don’t restart, to available on the network, no ping, app can’t see it after scanning.
My device is dead.

Please check a few things.

  1. Is the RS130 power cable connected properly?
  2. Does a relay sound come out when you press the power button on your RS130?
  3. If the power does not turn on even after trying the above, this symptom appears if there is a problem with the DC power Board of RS130.
    It looks like your RS130’s DC power Board needs to be replaced., you will likely need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS130 for repair.

1 : Yes, i check the power cord and i change it to be sure (and i try an another DC Outlet)
2 : Yes, relay sound when i press power button
3 : I hope that the power supply provided will have corrected the problem.
I will therefore return my device to after-sales service.

This happened on my first RS130. Except for a clicking relay, nothing.
I have 2 more RS130’s and so far so good.
