RS250A err Connect time out No Firmware update

Dear all,

I received my new RS250A today. Unfortunately Im getting the error “err Connect time out”. I can neither update the firmware nor does the app connect to the streamer. What can I do? Can I manually install the update? Where can I download it? I tried both WIFI and LAN. Any help?

Please check a few things.

  1. RS250a–>Settings–>System info–>System version info
    What is the System version info displayed on your RS250a?

  2. Is it still not possible to update to the latest version after factory resetting your RS250a?
    RS250a–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

  3. If the update does not work even after trying the above, please request your rose device model name and update file to the email below.

I have sent the update file to those who requested the RS250a update file.
Have you received the update file and are you currently using it after updating it?
