Rs250a remote is blinking randomly

Dear all.
The silver remote is blinking randomly and on the display of my 250a the back button is appearing briefly on the left side and then back to normal. I unpaired and paired again without any changes. Blinking also happens when of device is in stand by.
Any ideas?
Tobias

Have had this occur on my Rs250 also… Look forward to some insight from rose on this please.

This appears on my 150b as well! Very annoying!

Dear all,

  1. What’s the color of your remote control?
  2. Toda mentioned that back button is appearing briefly on the left side of display. Does it happen to everyone here?
  3. About No.2 above, does the back button appears briefly even when BT remote is unpaired?

I apologize for any inconvenience,

  1. black remote
  2. can’t say I noticed the display as I was focused on the flashing light on the remote.
  3. can’t say - have not unpaired the remote

Thank you!

Hi, no blinking after resetting but now the remote loses connection after a while and has to be paired again. Annoying

Black and Yes, I do have the problem with the back-button showing in glimps…

Is it fixed? How to solve it?
It is incredibly annoying. I have it with a silver remote.
It distracts me every time when it blinks on my desk. I have ADHD. → it makes the remote unusable for me.

Ok, at night it is understandable, I had to take out batteries. :frowning:

Hi,

due to anther problem I got a new device that works flawless.

I’m seeing this behavior on my new RS-520 also…remote starts blonking white sort of randomly and remote stops controlling the device. I have to go to the front screen and go Settings > Bluetooth and the RCU680 (think that’s the name) is still listed in the Paired Devices. Sometimes it comes back, other times I tap it and the name turns white and then again and it connects. #support

Dear Hi-Fi Rose users

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We are not having the problems you are experiencing.

Please check a few things.

  1. Check if the same symptoms appear after replacing the batteries of the remote control with new ones.
  2. If the same symptoms appear even after replacing the batteries with new ones, contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the Rose device, explain the symptoms, and receive a new remote control.

Thank you

Thank you. I think I will contact my reseller here in the US for a new remote. Bad enough that with my RS-520 it ceases responding…it also will sometimes take the last command sent and just keep sending it. If that last command was to ‘scroll right’ in the Home, no big deal, the screen just keeps flashing when it reaches the far right end.
What is much more concerning is when it does this and the command is ‘VOLUME UP’! I had just installed brand new Klipsch speakers and connected them to listen for the first time to Qobuz on them. When I hit ‘Volume Up’ on the remote, it just kept sending that command as the music got deafeningly loud and threatened to destroy my new speakers! I had to jump out of my chair and run to the RS-520 tit the POWER button to keep that remote from wrecking my new speakers!!

Same thing happened to me regarding the remote sending an infinite signal… It just seems generally buggy. The light flashes randomly. This is my first hifi system and I’m pretty disappointed that I’m contending with issues like this.

Did you ever find a fix for this?

I had this problem on the Rs150b.

The black remote control has been changed to a silver color and the result is exactly the same.

The problem has been solved for me.

Hi there.

After no blinking issues for a long time, the silver one is back to random annoying blinking. Batteries are new, still nothing changed.
Really crazy.
Any recommendations?
Best regards
