Boris and I have both received final warnings for community violations. I was only trying to get Boris to see how violation of the rules feels to others. I want to put an end to it as I also find insults and harassment to be unacceptable. I thought it better we both get banned than have Boris continually calling people “idiot” or “dumb”. A lot of posters have left because of his behavior and it’s holding this wonderful community back when people can be openly insulted without any repercussions. I have committed to full compliance with Hifi Rose community guidelines. If Boris doesn’t do the same, the next step is he will be banned unfortunately. If Im banned also, it’s a price Im willing to pay to keep other posters safe from community violations .
Having you banned solo is a price many of us would be willing to pay.

Please dont misunderstand. Boris has violated the Rose community guidelines numerous times , and so have I, in an effort to show him how violating the rules is not right. There are repercussions for that . This forum has rules, and insulting others personally is simply not allowed and subject to permanent banning.

He has called me and several others “idiot”, “dumb”, and made a whole host of other derogatory statements in violation of the rules for many years now. The Rose staff have received many complaints about him .
It’s not necessary, ive committed to following the guidelines. Until Boris does the same, he may be banned. I encourage everyone to review the rules.

Yes. Rose has made it clear that trolling is a violation of the rules. So we need to stand firm now and hold anyone accountable that continues to violate the rules, especially repeat offenders like Boris.

I think people like that are selfish; even in a dangerous situation, they would refuse to help others and would only want to save their own lives.
The other side of the coin is that these people cannot hold their own verbally or in writing against more intellectual people.
