My rose 130 does not recognize my burmester 113 dac when it is connected with the optical fiber an rsa 720 hub instead with the supplied usb 3 cable it recognizes it immediately how can I solve the problem??
It’s an old problem, which is primarily related to normal audio logic vs hifi rose logic. You have to select USB 2.0 output from the application, even when connecting via fiber optic to RSA720, instead of USB 3.0 Fiber.
If it still doesn’t work, it means that it’s a compatibility issue with RSA720 and you should ask the moderator for firmware for RSA720.
Thanks for the information, I tried it but it doesn’t work. I will contact my dealer to replace the RSA720. I only bought it two days ago.
I returned the RSA 720 to my dealer, to send it to the importer in Switzerland and order a new one updated with the new firmware
When you will receive the new RSA720, please communicate here the manufacturing date of the product and the software version.

Rosehan what does “update file” mean to you and how can it be obtained???
For RSA720 you sent only one update file, VL671_82_00_42_00_RSA720_20230906, which as you can see is old from 06. Sept. 2023!!!
I brought back the RSA 720 to my HI-FI dealer with the update file sent to me by ds Rose but it is impossible to update. I have been waiting for two weeks from the importer in Switzerland for a new updated and working RSA 720. I hope to have it within the next week. Two weeks is not possible for a simple replacement.
At the moment, that file is indeed the latest version.

We do not plan to release additional updates for this issue.
Regarding the compatibility problem between the RSA720 and RS130, if it is not resolved after applying the update file I previously sent, we have confirmed that replacing the module permanently fixes the issue.

Today it’s been three weeks since I brought back a new RSA 720 that didn’t work with fiber optics and I have no news about it. I asked for a replacement with a new and updated one. Incredible, no news. In total, I spent $5,500 between the RSA 130 and the 720. Unacceptable.
