My brand-new CD drive often aborts the ripping process after it has read the CD and the metadata. This happens either immediately afterward or when I try to start ripping. For these CDs, the pull-down menu for error correction is also not displayed. After attempting to start, the drive is shown as not connected / not present. Disconnecting the USB cable and switching the RS 520 off and on again does not help either.
For some CDs, completely incorrect metadata is displayed.
What can I do?
