Screen size adjustments

When I open up Rose Connect, I can’t see the entire screen. The minimize/maximize button doesn’t seem to work and I can’t scroll down in the program window. Is there any way to adjust the window size so I can see everything on my laptop screen?

I work on a laptop Asus with windows 10.
It is the Windows version I have installed.
As you can see in the photo, I don’t get all the info on the screen and it can’t scroll either.
Also choices made via the laptop are not transferred to the Rose.
How to fix this.

Is this the one that you downloaded? Your Rose Connect for PC seems to be 3.7.13.

We have version 3.8.7 here, so can you try this and let me know if it doesn’t work?

If it still doesn’t work, please check your display if it’s enlarged to more than 100% maybe.

I have the latest update available, the 3.8.2 beta version installed.
But problem remains.
Adjusting resolution does not help, chrome is at 100%, adjusting this does not help either.
I just can’t scroll and there’s no drag bar on the right either.
Pulled program to the left and pulled out to the right but no drag bar.
I don’t know of a solution for this, but it would be useful.

Also when you install a new version of RoseConnect for PC, please delete the previous version first.

  1. Please delete your RoseConnectPremium for PC first.

  2. Go to link here. Download the RoseConnectPremium for PC(Windows)
    Rose_Connect_setup_3.8.7_PC_22.exe - Google Drive

  3. Right-click on the desktop.
    Click Display Settings.

I have removed the old version and installed the new one through your link.
But the problem remains the same, still can’t see all the buttons and can’t scroll.
My screen resolution is 1366x768.
Adjusting this doesn’t solve anything.
I am working on a laptop asus vivobook with windows 10.
Also attached some screenshots so you can see what the problem is.
The Dutch language is also not selectable, and not all channels are available at the radio of Belgium, only the French ones.

Click Rosetube and try to drag the videos from right to left.
Can’t you drag the videos?

  1. I see the same screen as you when I change my display resolution to 1366 x 768.
    Can you try other resolutions like 1920 x 1080 maybe?

  2. If your mouse has scroll, please scroll up and down. If it doesn’t work, can you try up and down button on your keyboard?

When I go to rosetube I can scroll left and right, no problem.
I can’t increase the resolution, 1366 is the highest.
But scrolling down with the mouse or the keys is not possible with the settings menu, but with tidal and other applications.
It just doesn’t work with a connected device.

Yes the rose and laptop are on the same network.
He finds the rose that’s not the problem, just can’t use all the keys in the attachment screen.
And can’t scroll down, and adjusting screen resolution doesn’t help.
