Software update 4.1.08

Hi,
I received a message on my RS250 for a new software update.
But when I want to download/install this I reveice the message: err_connect_time out
All I can do is cancel the download.
I have to turn off the RS250 otherwise this message keeps popping up.
I have tried a reboot, but when I want to download the software update I get the same error message.
I had never any issues before with software downloads.
My Rose ID is 0AE2F9.

Please can you help me?

I’ve literally just received my RS150b, plugged it in and received this same error, which drove me to this forum for support. I can see I’m not alone. Not a great start to my experience…

Hello, the main server (KR) has been updated normally. However, delay occurred while releasing to AWS servers, which are servers outside of Korea.
Now, everything’s been released normally, and you should be able to download them normally.
If you are still having problems, please let me know.
