In the USA, a girl is fighting for her life after contracting a rare but life-threatening infection with the protozoan Naegleria fowleri while swimming. The amoeba prefers to live in warm waters such as lakes, rivers, or springs. If contaminated water is inhaled through the nose, the amoeba can reach the brain and cause an infection that destroys brain tissue and is fatal in most cases. In the US, there were a total of 145 reported infections with Naegleria fowleri between 1962 and 2018 – only four patients survived.

According to the television station KXAS-TV, the girl has been placed in an artificial coma to treat the swelling of her brain. She is also receiving antimicrobial medication. “She’s a fighter,” the girl’s father told the TV station. “She’s stronger than anyone else I know.”

Maybe he should try fighting it too.

Jungs, was ist hier los? Das hat hier nichts mehr mit Meinungsaustausch oder selbstgemachte Erfahrungen zu tun.

Es ist für den normalen User , der sich nur ein bisschen informieren möchte kaum zu ertragen.

Es sind immer dieselben die in ihrem eigenen Leben nicht klar kommen und andere Bevormunden wollen ….aber selbst nichts informatives berichten können.

Ein Schwanzmessen oder ein Pinkelwettbewerb der ausschließlich dem Nörgeln dient ….es ist zeitraubend und völlig beschämend.
