Unable to open Rose Connect Mac

I downloaded another version, too.
same here. newest Rose Connect doesn’t open and crashes. Please fix.

We didn’t release update version for MAC yet.
Or did you mean the RoseConnect for iPhone(or iPad)?
RoseConnect for Mac, I don’t have an iphone and iPad.
I use my MacBookPro, everything was working well before the recent Rose update, I don’t understand why RoseConnect on Mac stopped working???

I managed a connection with RoseConnect MAC (V.4.6.03), but a disaster, I keep getting this message (see photo), the data is still accurate
If I try to connect, I don’t know what to put as ID and password, I tried several, nothing works!
