(Issue Resolved) Screen freeze during device reboot after firmware update

    : Intermittently, the screen freezes on the “Restarting” screen when the device is updated.

  • Sept 23, 2025:
    The issue was forwarded to the SQA team with a request for urgent correction.
  • Oct 1, 2025:
    The SQA team confirmed that some devices intermittently freeze during the update process.
    They also confirmed that the issue is resolved after rebooting the power, and then forwarded the problem to the Software Team.
  • Oct 5, 2025:
    The Software Team has fixed the issue, and the correction will be included in the next update release.
    Additionally, when the screen freezes, the message “SOFTWARE UPDATE. Please wait. Do not Power OFF” appears, which causes users to hesitate to reboot the device out of concern that it may cause problems.
    To address this, the team will also modify the popup message so that it no longer appears in this situation.
