Try to log out and log in again in Qobuz
Thanks for your advice. I did try to turn it off and unplug the machine for a few minutes.
I connected it back, but unfortunately, it seems like it’s the same.
I tried to rescan it again and it keeps “media scanning”. I don’t know what else I can do to retrieve back all my albums to my Media Library.
does the device or the app Music app Directory… show you the Rosedisk???
Stupid question??? Did you accidentally click on format (hard drive)? But I can’t imagine that.
Yes I can see “ROSEDISK” in directory.
Also, I am actually able to play the music in SSD through “Recent Played Album” list.
But I just can’t see album in “Music” tab
All right, the hard drive is there…you’ve also done a new scan and no albums are visible from the SSD…strange situation. Wait until Monday (tomorrow) for the Rose guys, they’ll definitely answer. Otherwise you can also take the SSD out of your 150 and check on the computer whether there is data on it or not.
For me everything is on the SSD, as it was before the 5.7 update…but I only have the RS 520.
very, very puzzling.
I had the same thing with the Rs150b and everything came back in order after scanning the database and reinstalling the application
RS130: Can´t turn off VU Meter.
I tried to turn off the VU Meter Mode, first on screen, then via Rose connect premium app. Both didn´t work. With each and every new title on spotify connect, the VU Meter appears.
I don´t want to see the VU Meter all the time, but the song title.
Thanks again and I’d better wait for Rose technical guys help on my case.
As written today, I have the same problem with RS 130. VU Meter mode can´t be turned off. VU meters reappear after each and every title change (at spotify).
I got the same problem before, I fixed it by reinitialize the DB and scan again, it was just spent few minutes to complete 10k songs, you can try this out, good luck.
Thanks for your advice and may I know how can I reinitialize the DB and scan again?
Are you referring to the one above?
@wktangs1 and @Bonte It works for me now. Thank you.
I had reinitialize the DB and then reboot the machine.
Once the machine boots up again, it can rescan.
All albums are back now. Thanks
Hello,
We will work on fixing this issue and distributing an update.
Using the Android app.
Android, all aspects are up to date.
I have the same vu meter problem with RS130 and Spotify
I am using the android app.
Hi friends,
do you know how to avoid the update notification appearing on the screen every time the streamer is started? It’s very creepy to see it, it’s dangerous to accidentally press “yes”,
250A user.
@ROSELOA @ROSEHAN I thought it was over after cold start but it isn’t.
When I changed music from let’s say radio to qobuz or choose another album in qobuz the volume is muted
It’s strange because I use fixed volume.
It shows volume bar for few seconds and then volume is muted
Edit … it only happens when my Holo May dac is connected with usb
When connecting with i2s the problem is gone
