Seems like all your accounts are normal.

We had issue about ROSE login and it’s solved now.
Would you login again and see if it works?
If it still doesn’t work, please let me know.

Can you send me an activation email for the Rose App on iOS please - with the new update, you need to log-in to pause a song when playing from the App.

What a crazy App this is - you can’t enter the serial number because of the layout of the screen…

The person in charge is currently out of office.

You can use the app without verifying by email.

Please check Rose APP > Setting > My page.

I will send you verifying email when the person in charge comes back.
