Problem LOGIN roseConnect

I received an email, I clicked on the link, but I still didn’t get access to rose app.
The second time I click the link it says
Account authentication failure.
why I can’t log in and use the device?

I have a few things for you to try.

  1. Does it mean that your Rose device cannot connect with the RoseConnect app?
    If so, please check if the IP address of the Rose device and the IP address of the device using the RoseConnect app are the same.

  2. Does it mean that you cannot log in from Rose device and RoseConnectapp?
    Are you signed up?
    Rose device–>Settings–>User account.
    If you get a login error even after signing up, please go to RoseConnect app–> Settings button at the bottom right–> My Page–> Find ID and password.

If that doesn’t work, please let me know the e-mail address you entered.
We will send a temporary password to the email address of the registered ID.

It is an initial set-up problem. I have never been able to login to RoseConnect. I have registered and everything seems to work normally. For example, a verification message is sent to my email. But when I try to login I get an error message.

I think I need a temporary password so I can start over again. I do not want to put my email address on a public forum like this. Can I send it to you in another way?

Before that, there are a few things to check.

  1. Have you signed up for a Rose account?
    Rose device–>Settings–>User Account–>Sign up

  2. You have signed up, but can’t log in?
    When registering as a member, you may enter the password only once, so you may have entered the wrong password when registering.
    RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/Password

  3. If the method above doesn’t work, please let me know the email address you used to sign up for Rose.
    We will send you a temporary password.

Please send your email address to eunseong96@citech.kr when registering for a membership or problem.

I’m sorry. We recommend that you use a different email address as the email form is not supported by us. Currently, emails with special characters between @ and . are not supported when signing up.

Hi there having problems Rose login in i had the same id always same password its says no member found .Do i need to sign rose tube too and rose radio or Apple ?
