Thanks for the info. Then I will stick to the EA version for now because this really should be fixed before this is a better option compared to using the Rose app.
Same here on my RS130:
New official 5.9.02 Version including XMOS update afterwards.
With Qobuz connect listening to an album, following the next title, each beginning of a track “stutters”.
Together with a very short cratching noise.
This one is very important to solve quick !
Just carried out a factory reset on my RS 520. Deleted Qobuz app and reinstalled ( iOS ). Made no difference, stuttering still there exactly as you describe.
No such problem when playing via RoseConnect or playing from native Qobuz app onto iPad or iPhone.
Needs to be fixed as a priority.
Same problem here with stuttering at the beginning of many tracks.
I have resetted the Rose 150B and the problem with stuttering persists in all or almost all the beginnings of the tracks.
Playing exactly the same music by Qobuz in the tablet there is not stuttering at all.
Unfortunately, Qobuz Connect still does not recognise my Hi-Fi Rose RS151. What could be the reason for this?
Please check the following:
-
On your RS151, did you activate Qobuz Connect by tapping the three-dot menu icon located next to the Wi-Fi icon in the upper-right corner?
-
Are the device running the Qobuz app and the RS151 connected to the same network?
Please provide more details about where the connection is failing so we can assist you further.
Thank you very much.
Point 1 was successful. Despite an intensive search using artificial intelligence, I couldn’t find this information anywhere.
I’m glad to hear the issue has been resolved.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to let me know.
Is there an update on this? I tried Qobuz connect again recently and still observed the stutter problem at the start of a next track.
Same for me. Gapless playback is biggest problem. About time we had a fix.
I have reported the Qobuz Connect stutter issue to our software team, and they will review and address it in a future update.
Technically, it is possible to add DSD gapless support.
However, the implementation is highly complex, and development has been put on hold for now due to technical limitations.
@Dennis @Martini
Please provide the following information:
- Model, 2) Rose ID, and 3) F/W version (Check in the Settings>System Info)
I will check in the same environment and leave a comment.
@Martini
We checked with the 5.9.09 version you provided and it seems that the problem does not occur. Could you send me a video of the problem to the email below?

What does this mean?
Rose 150B, Rose ID: 0E8C69, Firmware 5.8.03.1
Don’t expect an answer to this question.
@Eleven
The Qobuz Connect issue has been fixed in the latest version. Please update to V5.9.09, the online automatic update, and check if the issue persists.
