If we are currently on the EA version, would it be safer to roll back to the last official release before installing this? I seem to recall in the past people having bricked their devices on release installations, but I can’t seem to find the details as to whether it was released to running EA versions.
When selecting the roll-back from EA, I was only presented the new version.
The selection is called “roll back” as that is usually what you are doing, but in reality you are just changing from the Beta release channel to the Production release channel with this toggle.
If you’re currently using an Early Access version, we recommend rolling back to the latest official release version before installing this app, just to be safe.
Thanks, but given what I’ve been reading about this official release, I think I’ll wait until 5.9.1 (or whatever) comes out.
It did not give me the option. It rolled back to 5.9 from EA. And I seem to be the only one not having problems with Qobuz Connect. So Im good over here.
While there are issues with the new upgrade in the Rose software, it represents a major improvement. Many of the issues which have been identified on this board have been addressed. I am particularly impressed with the improvements to Playlists.

I just installed this new release on my 150b today. The cover art from Roon is still wrong or doesn’t show up at all. I just played several selections from a playlist in Roon and the cover art is blank. Still some issues to be fixed?

Sorry for the late response. I have been traveling.
The improvements I see in Playlist are its elevation to the same status and ability to search as other lists, specifically the ability to search playlists alphabetically and reverse or by liked or most recently played.

Another improvement I noticed is that I can tap the 3 dots associated with a song in Qobuz or Tidal playlists and now there is the ability to go to Artist or Album
Good morning.
I went through the series of OTA updates on my 150 B but when the system became available again I observed the following unexpected behaviour:

No signal from LINE OUT despite the fact that the output was properly selected. I did not know exactly what to do in addition to verify that the amplifier was working, so I tried to reboot the 150B a few times and the iPad I use to control it and, after many attempts, including de-selecting and re-selecting the LINE OUT output, I got sound back;

The app on the iPad could still control the 150B but the device showed as being unregistered although it was clearly visible on the app with its correct IP address. Re-registering did not work for quite a while. It took multiple reboots on the 150B and on the iPad and it seems that finally proper communication between the 150B and the app was restored;

All the albums on my NAS are correctly recognised but the order of the single pieces of music is completely shuffled. This is the case both in the ALBUM view (on certain albums it was the case also before the update) and the FOLDER view (it was never the case before). I have not been able to solve this very annoying problem yet. Help is most welcome.

contingent on disabling Daylight Savings Time?
On my windows PC When searching for artist names it white screens and I have to close the app.
