Please check all your FIR filter settings.
If you have chosen the Brick Wall setting, it may sound a bit harsh.

I also did not notice any degradation of the sound on my 130⌠quite the contrary, it seems to me that the optimization of the caching has gained more black background in the silences and better modulation, especially in the bass!

The factory reset gave nothing
I can understand your frustrations. It took me a hot second to realize that you had to get to the numeric keypad. (When I saw the alphabet keyboard I thought Hey! You could enter a pass phrase. No such luck. )
But this is the standard keyboard. Not sure why they didnât force it to go to the numeric keyboard. Hopefully Rose will fix this in a future update.
As to PIN code. PIN == Personal Identification Number so not sure why they went w Pincode. (Again simple fix in next release.)
Hello, unfortunately it is not possible to update from 5.9.0.2 to 5.9.0.7. The RS520 cannot download the file. It keeps stopping and restarting. A real disaster. What else can I do? Can you install the update manually via USB stick? It doesnât work via WiFi or network cable.
Be patient, there will definitely come a time when this update will appear, and if everything works fine for you, there is no point in getting excited about the new software, which is apparently not perfect either, as some users write.

Adding to that, you can easily rest assured with: if it isnât broken, dont fix it!
For those who complain of a degradation following this Maj.
I think there was corruption or interruption in the debit for some (including me)
So I installed the Early Access version (factory reset) everything is back in order
Then I went back to the official version, new reset and complete installation again.
I found my smile again, everything works perfectly

Unfortunately, my RS520 doesnât download the early access version either.
So now you have the latest version ending in 0.7? And is everything OK with the sound? What Rose device do you have?
If you have a version ending in .02, why download an even earlier one? Both .02 and .05 were fine, but some people complained about the .07 ending.

It is degraded with the update, I tested it 2 days before switching to early access
The sound came back perfect
After installing 5.9.07 again, the sound is such that I like it on the rs130

In my opinion, itâs simply not available for you yet. It will definitely be available soon, donât worry, you just have to wait. It doesnât matter if youâre using Wi-Fi or cable, itâs not detected by your device yet.
